These terms apply to the use of the uptools.hu website (the “Site”) and the services presented on it. Under Section 4 of Hungarian Act CVIII of 2001 on electronic commerce services (Ekertv.), the operator’s details are:
These terms govern visiting the Site and using its content. The specific scope, fees and deadlines of the services presented (white-label development, operations and maintenance) are always set out in an individual agreement or order between the parties.
Content published on the Site is for information only and does not constitute an offer under the Hungarian Civil Code (Act V of 2013). Our services are provided primarily to businesses (agencies) on a B2B basis.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the content of the Site (text, graphics, logos, source code) is the intellectual property of upTools Kft. and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Any use requires our prior written consent.
We strive for accuracy but do not warrant the completeness or up-to-dateness of the information on the Site. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or unavailability of the Site.
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available on the Site.
These terms and the relationship between the parties are governed by Hungarian law. The parties seek to settle disputes amicably; failing that, the competent Hungarian court has jurisdiction.
We may amend these terms at any time; the current version is available on the Site. Continued use of the Site means acceptance of the amended terms.
